Transforming an annual customer event into a recognizable industry forum for senior leaders.
The Project
Background
Despite the rising prominence of online investing, the brokerage community lacked a B2B forum to discuss emerging trends and technologies. Trading Central had an established background hosting events- the Online Broker Summit had begun in 2009, but it was restricted to existing customers and lacked a formal growth strategy.
Challenge
To elevate the existing event into a premium industry brand that generated demand for Trading Central without a drastic increase in hosting costs.
